[MMD] Ninetailed Base [LAT]

That is the only rule I have for this base. 

Also, everything should function properly on the base. The tails have physics and I apologize if the physics aren't the best... 

If I was better at PMD, I'd make a set of tails from scratch in metasequoia and add physics to them.
